Bag filters are suitably designed keeping the application in mind. A range of media is available to handle applications in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Chemical, F&B, Wines and Breweries, Dyes and Dye Intermediates etc. Bag filters are used where a large volume of liquid containing a relatively small quantity of solids is filtered. The system is suitable to overcome the problem of Sparkler filters, filter presses where opening and closing of the system becomes tedious and difficult.
